I have nothing good to say about this really. Except that i was pretty cheap. It is NOTHING like plying real drums. The Vive controller are not very good at beeing drum stick either. I do not think drumming is the best choise for a VR game, and the sound is not very convincing either.. Sorry.. Well it's not that bad ! I thought seeing the comments that is was unplayable but with some music it's really fun and for 5€, well it's not like it was 20€, it is worth this little price because it is quite well done. There are still some bugs, some sound to update (the ride for example) and sometimes the crash makes no sound but, it is still great because it is no real serious matter and does not happen frequently. Also, a pedal support would be great, cause with the trigger it's kinda hard to play without ♥♥♥♥ing up the tempo, and also with that we could have double bass support. As a 6 years drummer, I recommend it because yeah it has nothing to do with real drumming, but for a little game that costs less than a cigarette pack, and that is a lot of fun, it is worth it.. Firstly, I am a drummer. I really want to find a good one of these for a bit of practice in my tiny flat. I am using this on my rift, and although the sticks are at a slightly wrong angle, it works, and that doesn't bother me.It's OK, but I have a few problems with it.1. The Hi-hat and cymbals are sometimes unresponsive. This is annoying because the drums seem fine most of the time. It seems to be when I hit them too fast and the stick goes through them without registering.2. The bass and hi-hat pedals are too unresponsive. This is weird because they are controlled by the triggers, which you would think would have less latency than the movement, but they always seem behind. It might be better to register them with a slight touch, rather than have to pull it in all the way. It would be awesome if I could setup the padals of my steering wheel to work, but maybe that's asking too much.3. The starting position is way off. I have to reset the seating position looking slightly left, then physically move my chair to the right a bit. The position of the drums seem a little off, It would be good to be able to move them. Also there is no interface at all, not even to exit the software.I can get a decent rhythm going using just the tom drums, which proves the concept and shows the potential, but until I can use the hi-hat and bass properly, it's just not worth it. I can't recommend to drummers who want to practice yet, but sort these issues out and I will change my review. If your not a drummer and just want to mess about then I guess the price is right for that.. Loving this... The sounds are really good although the ride is a bit trashy. Would be nice if there was a feature to raise/lower/scale the drumkit as I was a little low in game and had to sit on several pillows to make some of the height up..Other than that, really good!. nope it's not worth 5$. The application is priced reasonably with the hopes that this will be updated in the future. The drum kit is nice, decent background scene, not much to play with other than the drums. However, the this is where the interest is.From what I played on the drums, the sound was great and the only time I could really detect any latency was with some very fast licks on the high-hat. It's a pretty solid drum kit and I enjoyed playing them --not being a musician by trade (much less one who plays the drums), I could put out some pretty catchy beats and it was a heck of a lot of fun.My only difficulty was getting my fingers to hit the triggers in tandem with the bass and cymbals along with the sticks I was using, if there were a way to use my feet, that would really rock, but I know there are limitations in the input devices I have to me, not a bad solution on the developer's part.I recommend this game if you are like Todd Rundgren and just want to bang on the drums all day!. CONS:1) Sound doesn't work. Bit of a problem for a drum simulator. Perhaps it worked for others, but this is the only game in which I have had this problem. Will update my review if this changes.2) Extremely laggy, not sure why. Probably not optimized well.3) Was hoping for a game mode where you could play along to some drum tabs, especially for a $5 game.PROS*:1) Looks nice.*Because of CON #1, this is a very short list.. Well. I have nothing good to say about this really. Except that i was pretty cheap. It is NOTHING like plying real drums. The Vive controller are not very good at beeing drum stick either. I do not think drumming is the best choise for a VR game, and the sound is not very convincing either.. Sorry.. Really great fun. I like it better than the other drum game. As a suggestion, you should really add some haptic feedback. Also, do something with the environment. It's just too boring to look at. Otherwise, I love it. Fun to play with some music.. Watch here comparison on three VR drum gamesThis simulator looks a bit poor, but it has the best accuracy and drums sound. Graphics could be better, environment could be more intersting, but main function is made great.
